Orientation
At Bodur Industrial, our new hires participate in an orientation program designed to familiarize them with the company’s business processes, quality policy, and departmental operations.
We recognize the importance of ongoing training to stay up-to-date with industry changes and to foster effective communication and competitiveness within the company. To this end, we offer both internal and external training opportunities to all of our employees.
Amenities Offered
Our working hours are from 08:30 to 18:00, Monday through Friday. We offer a monthly roadside assistance benefit to our employees and provide comprehensive private inpatient health insurance coverage, starting at the end of the first month of employment.
