In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data will be processed by our company as the Data Controller, using, recording, storing, updating, transferring and classifying it for the following business purposes: conducting necessary studies, executing administrative operations for communication, ensuring physical security and control, establishing relationships with business partners/customers/suppliers, ensuring contractual requirements and financial reconciliation, executing human resource policies, participating in company organized trainings, seminars or events, and calling our call center or using our website. The personal data processed may include, but is not limited to, name, surname, TR identity number, address, telephone number, email address, signature, physical location/security image recording, call center/service quality voice recording, bank account number, and cookie records.
The data may be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through various means such as offices, branches, call center, website, social media channels, mobile applications, etc. The data will be stored in electronic and/or physical media and necessary security measures will be taken to prevent unauthorized access, manipulation, loss or damage. The personal data will be processed and stored only for the notified period or the legally required period and will be removed from our company’s data streams after that period expires.
The personal data may be transferred to authorized companies operating on our behalf, regulatory and supervisory authorities, public institutions, business partnerships, supplier and contractor companies, banks, credit risk and financial institutions, tax and legal consultants, institutions involved in legal proceedings, and third-party auditors.
In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to request information about the processing of your personal data, request correction of incomplete or incorrect information, request deletion/destruction, object to automated processing, and demand compensation for damages. You may submit your request in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, and identify yourself with necessary information.
